Tundra secure hard-fought victory over Falcons to win BLAST Slam IV

Tundra emerged as the champions of BLAST Slam IV, defeating Falcons 3:2 in a tense and unpredictable final. Both teams showcased inconsistent performances throughout the series, alternating between dominant displays and notable setbacks.

Falcons started strong, crushing their opponents on the opening map. Tundra responded immediately with a confident win of their own in the second game. The third map once again went the way of Falcons, who closed it out quickly and left Tundra with no room to fight back.

The turning point came on the fourth map, where Tundra mounted a massive comeback despite a significant gold deficit, leveling the series. The decisive fifth map followed a similar script: both teams repeated their drafts, and Tundra once more overturned an even larger disadvantage to secure the final victory.

For their championship run, Tundra earned $400,000, while Falcons received $200,000 for second place. This marks Tundra’s third title in the BLAST Slam series.
